Finished assembly of my first unit of 18 Saurus Warriors. As is usual I haven't clipped the shields from the sprues to facilitate painting. Hopefully they rank up just as well once the shields are attached.

I've finished painting the unit. I haven't lacquered them yet so I can't remove them from the mounts, but wanted to post a few pictures. I really like how they turned out and I think once they have the 'wet' look that the gloss lacquer provides they'll look great!
I spent quite a bit of time on the shields since they are a focal point for the model.

Here is the second spawning of Saurus Warriors to appear in my army. I reversed the colours I used on the first unit. Light skin and dark scales. The shields are done the same to keep the entire army consistent.
